The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has initiated the Youth Internship Program to offer job opportunities to interns across the province. The program aims to employ 400 trainees annually, with a target of serving 1,200 interns over three years. Each intern will receive a salary package of up to Rs 25,000 for a three-month internship period.

Eligibility Criteria for the KP Internship Program
To qualify for the Youth Internship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 29 years old or younger.
- Residency: Candidates must be permanent residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Educational Qualification: Applicants should have completed at least 16 years of education or hold a qualification equivalent to a degree classification level.
- Accreditation: Academic certifications must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

These loans will be distributed by Akhuwat Microfinance Bank and the Department of Youth Affairs. Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old. Special Quotas
- Women: 15% quota reserved to help women start small businesses from home, enabling them to overcome financial challenges and support their families.
- Persons with Special Abilities: 2.5% quota reserved.
- Madrassa Students: 5% quota reserved.
- Minorities: 2.5% quota reserved.
Large-Scale Business Loans: Rs 1 Million to Rs 5 Million
The second segment offers zero-interest loans ranging from Rs 1 million to Rs 5 million to groups of three to five young individuals, supported by the Bank of Khyber (BOK). This financial aid is intended for establishing larger businesses with diverse ideas, promoting substantial economic growth and self-sufficiency among the youth.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Repayment Terms for Ehsaas Naujawan Loans
