The Balochistan government has introduced the Benazir Kisan Card initiative to provide financial assistance to small farmers in the province.
In the first phase of the program, farmers will receive subsidies for fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural equipment, aiming to enhance agricultural productivity and support small-scale farming communities.
The initiative has been approved by Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, with the provincial government funding the first phase. Plans for the second phase include seeking federal assistance to expand the program further.
